Initiatives for Civil Society - Ruse: STEM education

The use of modern digital equipment motivates the lecturers from the Initiatives for Civil Society - Ruse, creativity in the application of project-based and interdisciplinary training, always with an emphasis. Students are stimulated to start thinking analytically and critically, to acquire competencies for working with cloud technologies, 3D modeling, 3D prototyping, learning by "doing" and "empathizing". Non-traditional extracurricular activities have been initiated, oriented towards the increasingly current STEM-technologies (teaching through the methods of science, technology, engineering and mathematics). 

We design and develop educational STEM kits with funds for research and development. We have 4 different designs of educational kits based on different alternative energy sources and we strive to support learning in various subjects, including physics, mathematics and ICT, through our experience.
