Session for IMC Leeds 2027 - Witches: Imaginary Enemies of the Community

DR. ILIYANA BENINA   DR. NIKOLA BENIN

Dear all, We are delighted to share that we're putting together a witchcraft session for IMC Leeds 2027. In keeping with the IMC’s thematic strand, for our session 'Witches: Imaginary Enemies of the Community' we invite proposals dealing with witchcraft in relation to communities during the Middle Ages. We encourage submissions from a variety of disciplines (art history, economics, history, law, literature, religious studies, etc.) and contributions that foster interdisciplinary dialogue from researchers at any stage of their career.

Submissions are open until 20 September. See our poster attached for more information. Please submit to a.i.aldazabal@sms.ed.ac.uk; laura.casas@uab.cat, or max.hurni@unil.ch.

Please share with your colleagues and friends who might be interested!

We look forward to receiving your submissions!
