„Дигиталните и екологични преходи: противоречиви или допълващи се? Потребителската гледна точка”

 

Когато правят своя избор, потребителите не винаги могат да вземат предвид цифровото измерение и екологичното измерение едновременно. Млад потребител, който би се изкушил да сменя мобилния си телефон всяка година, за да бъде в крак с цифровите разработки, не може в същото време да вземе предвид въздействието върху околната среда от транспортирането на устройства, често идващи от Азия.

Как можем да гарантираме, че цифровият и екологичният преход се допълват взаимно, без да се пречат? Как можем да гарантираме, че политиките на ЕС за тези два прехода не са противоречиви, а взаимно се подкрепят?
